BridgeGuru, by PLYLOGIC LLC · Last updated 18 September 2026
BridgeGuru is a contract bridge app made by PLYLOGIC LLC, which is the data controller for everything described here. This page says what the app collects, why, how long it is kept, and how to remove it.
We do not sell your data, we do not share it with advertisers, and the app contains no advertising and no advertising SDK.
What we collect
| What | Why | Kept for |
|---|---|---|
| Your email address | To sign you in. We use one-time codes — we never ask for or store a password. | Until you delete your account |
| Display name and, if you add one, a profile picture | To show who you are on leaderboards and at the table | Until you delete your account |
| The hands you play — deals, bids, cards, results | So you can review and replay your own hands, and to score tournaments | 3 years |
| How you use the app — screens opened, features used | To see which parts of the app help people and which do not | 180 days as individual records, then kept only as daily totals |
| Crash and error reports | To find and fix faults | Per our error-reporting provider's retention, currently 90 days |
| A record that you bought a subscription | To give you the access you paid for, and to support you if something goes wrong | While the subscription is active, plus the period we must keep financial records |
Payments
Subscriptions are sold by Apple, Google, or our web checkout, and that store is the merchant of record. PLYLOGIC LLC never receives or stores your card details. We receive only confirmation that a purchase happened, so we can unlock your access.
Who processes data on our behalf
- Supabase — sign-in and account records
- Railway — the database holding your hands and progress
- Cloudflare — serving the app and this site
- Sentry — crash and error reports
- RevenueCat, Apple, Google and Stripe — purchases and subscription status
- Microsoft — sending email, such as sign-in codes
Each acts only on our instructions. None of them is given your data for their own marketing.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account from inside the app: Settings → Account → Delete account, or from the Account card on your Profile. This removes your account, your hands, your progress and your profile, and deletes your sign-in record. It cannot be undone.
Deleting your account does not cancel a store subscription. Cancel that in your Apple, Google or web account settings as well, or you may continue to be charged for access you no longer have.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Deletion is available to you directly in the app, as above. For anything else, write to us and we will respond. Depending on where you live you may also have the right to object to processing, or to complain to your data-protection authority.
Children
BridgeGuru is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top and, where the change affects you, say so in the app.
